Being Healthy

There are many ways for someone to stay healthy.  A healthy breakfast is very important but there are also many other things that your body needs as well.  You need a good nights sleep. Research shows children from ages 6-18 need at least 8 hours of sleep. Your brain cannot function correctly if it is sleep deprived. Another way to keep your body healthy is to eat many fruits and vegetables. If you eat sweets all the time,  your body will get tired and require more sleep. Eating fruits and vegetables will give you enough energy to survive the school day. You need to wash your hands every time you eat or go to the bathroom. Germs are around you every day. Remember be healthy!
